After graduating from college, Aaron went on to work with 4 of the 5 biggest corporate PR firms in Chicago and New York. He quickly rose through the ranks, but was miserable with his job.
Aaron resigned from corporate America and rekindled his passion and love for music. He knew he had a lot to learn, and was dedicated to learn from the best. So Aaron took a non-paying internship (in his late 20’s!) with Bad Boy Entertainment. After a few short months, Aaron became Sean “P.Diddy” Comb’s personal assistant on his executive team. Diddy wanted Aaron to stay for 3 years, but after 6 months Aaron resigned to follow his own dreams.
He moved to Atlanta, GA and founded Music Is My Business, which does brand management for artists. He’s been written up in Inc. Magazine as one of “America’s Smartest New Companies led by people under 30″ and been featured on CNN as “Young People Who Rock.” Aaron is still currently mentored by P-Diddy.

I really like what Aaron says about “getting in the game” to start things moving. I know from personal experience it’s tough to get the ball rolling, but you just gotta get in the game and get out there and things will start to happen. Great interview!
I’ve known Aaron Arnold for more than half my life and he has always been a dreamer, difference is, he took risks and sacrificed more than his bio shows, to make his dream a reality. In life they’re are thinkers and then they’re are doers. Double A constantly strives to find that perfect balance of both.
Well done Arnold. I will have to pick up the book From Good to Great.
